WorldMate Desktop Companion

WorldMate Desktop Companion is the PC version of WorldMate, one of the most famed travel programs for Windows Mobile.

The PC client offers different options so you can plan your trips in the best way possible. Furthermore, if you have a PDA you can sync the data to the device to take your itinerary and budget with you wherever you go.

The WorldMate interface has four main tabs where you can manage your trip itineraries and budget plans, check the weather anywhere in the world, or consult an extensive directory of information on airlines, hotels, airports, international dialing codes, etc. The first two tabs, Itineraries and Budgets, are the ones where WorldMate offers the greatest flexibility to users, since for example it makes it easy to include all sorts of info about your flight reservations.

WorldMate also lets you manage info related to your travel companions and fully supports export and import of data from its Windows Mobile version.
